  1. Have you read the articles "Voting continues to be risky with software by small monopolist" and "Three guys that didn't plan to run a monopoly" in NRC Handelsblad of February the 28th?
  2. Is it correct that the Electoral Council concluded that without the help of "Groenendaal Bureau voor Verkiezingsuitslagen", no elections can be held? If so, do you agree with the Electoral Council on this? How do you evaluate this situation? Does Groenendaal have a monopoly? Are you prepared to take measures to remedy this situation?
  3. Is it correct that Groenendaal has threatened to cease all activity if representatives of "Wij vertrouwen stemcomputers niet" were to become part of the independent commission that is evaluating the election process? Were you aware of this? When were you made aware of this? What actions did the ministry take in response?
  4. Is it correct that Groenendaal has made the acquisition of the shares of his company a prerequisite for cooperation during the March 7th, 2007 provicial elections? If so, how do you evaluate this situation? What actions did the ministry take in reaction?
